Shipping/Returns Policy

Delivery Services
LHC offers the following shipping methods:
    • Regular Mail Service - Takes approximately 2-5 days
    • Express Mail Service (EMS) - Takes approximately 1-3 days

Regular Mail Service and Express Mail Service (EMS) are serviced by Thailand Post. Thailand Post will delivery your products right to your door in most cases.

Commercial Carriers are serviced by NTC, Southern Delivery Service, Dok-Ao Transport, P.L. Transport, etc. Commercial Carriers requires that the shipping location is a shop or an easy-to-find location within urban area. The shipping cost will be calculated based on service area, size, and weight of the shipped product(s).

Check Your Order Status
You can check the status of your order from My Account. You may need to log in to view this page.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please contact our Sale Department at sales@Lhc4u.com. Please include your order number in subject area.
Once you have received your order, please check the functionality of the product immediately. If the product is found to be defective, you must contact Return Department at return@Lhc4u.com within 7 days.
